When are you open?

Suite 12 is only open part time, pick ups and meetings must be scheduled. Suite 12 will always try to work around our clients schedule. Pick up and meetings are available Sunday to Friday. 

Are you a nut free facility?

We are not a nut free kitchen. If you or the person you are buying for has a nut allergy we do not recommend consumption. SORRY! 

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We request that orders be placed no later than 2 week in advance.  

Do you have cupcakes that I can just walk in and buy?

Unfortunately no. We because we are not a retail location. At this time we can only accommodate custom boxed orders.

If ordering on location what methods of payment is excepted?

On location we accept cash. No debit at this time.

Why do I have to order cupcakes by the dozen?

As a small kitchen we bake in batches of 12, so to avoid having a lot of waste we sell the boxes by 12’s all in the same flavour. For orders over 2 dozen we can mix up the flavours a bit!

Do you offer deliveries?

Not at this time. If you have a special request do not hesitate to call or email us.

What is Suite 12's cancelation policy

No refunds, store credit only. Must give at least 48 hours notice. 1 week notice required for large orders.
